WebPat (US Patent Database) is the first US patent database search system in Taiwan and was built independently by the LearningTech Corp. It is provided free to the general public for searching the US patent database online, and makes it more effective and convenient for the general public to search through US patents.

Between 2004 through 2008, LearningTech Corp. has acquired exclusive rights to operate the Republic of China's patent information system ¡V the ¡§Taiwan Patent Network (TWPAT)¡¨ that allows the general public to search ROC patent information online over the Internet. Apart from this, value-adding services such as patent analysis and project management mechanisms are also available, with a simple and easy to use interface provided so the general public can quickly and conveniently access the most complete patent information. This is currently the most complete patent search website in Taiwan .
